FAQ's
Below are some of the most common maintenance questions and answers.
Smoke detector beeps
Replace battery and reset
No power to plugs
Check and rest all GFI outlets (located in the kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, and garages).
Check if the plug works off a wall switch.
Check and reset the breaker panel or replace blown fuses.
Faucet or plumbing fixtures are leaking
Turn off the water fixture, turn off the water at the supply line and notify KP Property Management immediately.
Fridge/Freezer is too warm or too cold
Check the thermostat in the refrigerator/freezer is set correctly.
Air Conditioning isn't working
Check thermostat settings.
Check all circuit breakers.
Clean and replace filters.
*Tenants will be charged for air conditioning repairs caused by dirty or missing filters.
Heat isn't working
Check thermostat settings.
Check all circuit breakers.
Clean and replace filters.
*Tenants will be charged for furnace repairs caused by dirty or missing filters.
Emergency maintenance requests
If we receive an emergency maintenance request, we will immediately dispatch a vendor and have the work completed. Emergency maintenance requests are defined as:
No Utilities (electric, water, HVAC – temperature dependent)
Flooding
Significant storm damage
Significant threat to life, health, safety
In event of fire or medical emergency, please call 911 before calling us!

Rental Application
Interested in one of our available rental properties located in Boise, Merdian, Kuna, Nampa or Caldwell?
Everyone over the age of 18 living in the house must complete and submit a separate application with a $35 application fee. Credit and background checks will be performed on each applicant.
The $35 application fee (per person) is NON-REFUNDABLE
